1.5 Safety Seminars / Chief Loco Inspectors Meeting/Safety Meeting
Chief Loco Inspectors (CLI) Meeting:
 CLIs meetings are conducted every
month covering topics on recent
unusuals, Rail scabbing, Stalling
prevention, extraction of
Speedometers, CVVRS data & Analysis,
identifying weak areas of crew,
ambush checks and inspection of

lobbies/running rooms.

Safety Seminars
 Safety Seminar was organized at

Sanchalan Bhavan, PCEE/SC along
with DRM SC, CEE plg & Op, ADRM OP
SC participated and had interaction
with recent SPAD involved running staff
and counselled running staff to adhere
to the signal aspect , especially while
passing signal at CAUTION and
regulate Speed to ensure stopping
before stop signal. Sr.DEE/TRSO/SC
made a presentation about steps to
be taken to avoid SPAD. 80 running
staff of SC and HYB division including

CLIs were present.
 Interaction with newly recruited RRB
ALPS was conducted by
Sr.DEE/TRSO/SC. During interaction
Sr.DEE had presented a power point on
SPAD prevention measures and duties
of ALPs in safety aspects.
