DRM inspection at PRLI station on 16.07.21 At Running room/PRLI

d. SAFETY SEMINAR ON SPAD PREVENTION: A safety seminar conducted at Hawa

Mahal/Sanchalan Bhavan on 28.08.2021 from 09.45 to 13.30 hrs on SPAD
prevention and action plan. PCEE/SC, DRM, CEE Plg & Op, ADRM/O, Sr DSO

& Sr DEE/TRSO participated and had interaction with recent SPAD involved

crew and counselled running staff to adhere to the signal aspect.

 About 80 running staff of SC & HYB Division including CLIs attended the
seminar.

 PCEE & DRM interacted with recent SPAD involved crew and knew the cause

of the SPAD.

 Power point presentation given on SPAD analysis and causes of the spad.
 All running staff counseled to adhere to the signal aspect, especially while

passing signal at CAUTION aspect and regulate speed accordingly to ensure

stop before stop signal.

 Sr DSO addressed and taken SPAD prevention pledge/oath from all the

running staff not to commit SPAD.
