ADVENT HEALTH’S FISH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

Tri-City is working with Brasfield and Gorrie on Advent Health’s Fish Memori-
al Hospital project in Orange City. The project includes a remodel of roughly
30,000sf of the existing hospital facility and the addition of a four story 120,000sf J
patient tower. Construction on this $11.5 million project started in May 2018 and
is scheduled to be completed in early April 2021 (or sooner). E

Features of the hospital’s enhancements include; a state-of- C
the-art 20-bed labor and delivery unit, enhanced cardiac and
intensive care units, surgical services, and a new pediatric
emergency care unit. These enhancements will help better T
serve the community. Tri-City takes great pride in being a part
of this project that will soon be able to assist many individuals
and families within the greater Volusia County area.

The Tri-City Team is led by Project Manager, Stephen Egloff,
and General Superintendent, Wade Martin. Not to be for- I
gotten are the Estimating Team’s effort, including Troy Chro-
niger, Andy Burger, Gregory Evans, and Alicia Smith.

Tri-City’s pre-planning team provided key contributions to this project. The
systems division provided BIM coordination to determine switchgear placement H
and conduit runs for the underground/overhead feeders for the electrical rooms.

The Prefab team assisted
with pre-packaged box-out and G
rough-in materials for each
room. The prefab team also as-
sembled prewired panels and H
transformers for a fast-moving,
quality installation. Prefab also used their new engraving machines to supply labels T
and engraved plates for the project. All Departments involved plus the hard work
of our entire field team has made for a productive project!
