We are excited to announce that Tri-City's 2019 Stock Price has increased again
from last year's price of $46.58!
Fun Facts:
• The Tri-City ESOP was established in February of 2017.
• 518 Active Participant Owners with an average account balance of $38,100.56!
• 103 New Participant Owners joined the Tri-City ESOP in 2019. E
Over the past three years as an ESOP, our company's value has increased for
many reasons, but at the heart of that increase is the daily contribution from so S
many of YOU; we are well on our way toward building something great. By continu-
ing to deliver quality products and services to our clients, you contribute to the bot-

Due to COVID-19, we plan to host our annual Employee ESOP meetings thru virtual
means for you to watch. Those dates are being confirmed and will be communicat- P
ed to everyone by email. A Q&A session will also be available with the opportunity
