Highlights
Pre-Fab P
If you have been by the prefab shop R
lately, there is no doubt that you O
have seen the amount of conduit
we have been processing. Since J
March 2020, Clif Rando and his
team have built 360 overhead feed- E
er rack assemblies, processing
nearly 50,000 feet of conduit. C
While this was ongoing, the team
also was able to prefabricate 48 T
panelboards terminated in junction
boxes, over 150 room rough-in kits,
37 AV control boxes, and various H
other needs from jobs. All this work
that we can perform in our shop reduces the amount of I
trash on-site, the number of touchpoints required to install,
and fewer changes in loss and theft. Engraving services G
are now also available through prefab. We are currently
able to do phenolic label plates and plastic device plates. H
We will be offering laser engraving services on stainless by
the end of the summer. Our L
goal is to assist the job sites cut
down on field labor and, in turn, I
help increase field bonuses G
while still providing the customer
with top quality products. If you H
have any questions or would like
us to help you out, contact us at T
prefaborders@tcelectric.com.
