HOLIDAY FEE 1500
For funeral, memorial services, or viewings conducted on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter,
Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (including the
day after Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME* 3398
This charge includes removal of remains, necessary services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations and local transportation
to airport. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies prior to forwarding of body.

IMMEDIATE BURIAL* 2495
Our charge for an immediate burial includes local removal, care and shelter of remains, basic services of funeral director and staff,
refrigeration for 72 hours, authorizations and hearse to local cemetery. This charge does not include visitation, rites, ceremonies, or
casket; $3490 is the cost for an immediate burial with a minimum casket provided by our funeral home.
DIRECT CREMATION* 1995
Our charge for a direct cremation without an attendant, rites or ceremonies includes removal of remains, refrigeration for 72 hours,
necessary services of staff and authorizations, as well as the crematory fee. It does not include a cremation container. State and
local law do not require a casket for direct cremation. However, crematory requirements state that the body must be encased. If you
want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made
of materials like fiberboard or composition materials. The containers we provide are: corrugated fiberboard and hardboard; $2660
is the cost for a direct cremation with an alternative cremation container provided by our funeral home.

DISINTERMENT* 1200
This charge includes the filing of proper state authorizations for disinterment of remains, disinterment and relocation to another cem-
etery within a 25-mile radius, and licensed supervision for disinterment and relocation of remains. This charge does not include ceme-
tery expenses of opening and closing the cemetery spaces. Additional mileage outside of 25-mile radius will be provided upon request.
