PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Implemented by Umm Al Qura for Development &
Construction Company is a diverse mixed-use
development project comprising of 200 plots of
residential units, serviced apartments and hotels
alongside commercial and recreational areas.

The Project covers an area of 1.2 million square meters
with a length of 3.6 kilometers and an average width of
320 meters. The expected capacity of the project is
estimated at 113,119 residents.

The key urban design issues were aesthetic and strength
(longevity) of materials and landscaping, including, clear
and well created wayfinding will also be important for
providing easy and efficient directions for the many of the KAAR ORG CHART
local, and foreign visitors.
