A key aspect of Michael’s role was the ability to liaise
and communicate with the Client, the sub-contractors
and all on-site staff. In addition, Working with the
KEO International PM/CM staff, both in Jeddah, and
Makkah itself.

A major achievement was to ensure that a risk
management plan was created implemented with all
the landscape construction factors fully covered and
addressed.

All to be achieved in the tough social and working
environment of Saudi Arabia.
