KAAR PROJECT – D&B CONTRACT STATUS

3 RECENT EXPERIENCE: PROJECT MANAGER – DUQM INDUSTRIAL CITY PROJECT
KEO International. Location: Muscat, Sultanate of Oman

In September 2014, after completing a Masters of Landscape
Architecture at Deakin University, Michael was invited again to
work for KEO International in the role of Senior Urban Planner,
he worked as senior project manager based and coordinating
with the KEO Infrastructure engineers between September,
2014 – May, 2015

Project Manager – Industrial Planning for the Master Plan
development of approximately 250 sq km Industrial land
currently managed by the SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE
AUTHORITY DUQM (SEZAD).

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Michael successfully managed a team of planners and
coordinated with Infrastructure engineers, to produce a
Concept Master Plan and detailed report on the strategic
“vision” direction of the future design and construction phase
until to the year 2045.
