KAAR PROJECT – D&B CONTRACT STATUS
PREVIOUS ROLE: SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT – MECCA REDEVELOPMENT (KAAR)

Major Achievement:
MichaeI proposed and designed at the early phase
development of the project, a plant nursery and
commercial visitor centre. The objective of this
concept design was to propagate trees and plants
early on site so the client could achieve consistent
growth without disease.
The visitor centre to be used to test the durability of
proposed materials including pavers, lights and
other street furniture, before the boulevard is
constructed.
A simple time line including area and budget was
proposed to the Client.
