Job seekers familiar with the job description are better prepared to answer questions about
               their suitability for the role.

Researching the company is another essential step in interview preparation. It involves
gathering information about the company's history, culture, products, and services. Job
seekers should visit the company's website, read the news about the company, and check
social media pages to get a better understanding of the company's mission and values. This
information helps answer questions about why the job seeker wants to work for the company
and how they align with its mission and values. Additionally, researching the company helps
job seekers prepare for questions about its products or services and competitors.

Practicing interview questions is another key aspect of interview preparation. Job
seekers should prepare answers to common interview questions such as "Tell me about
yourself" and "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" Answering these questions helps
job seekers be more comfortable and confident during the interview. It also helps prepare for
behavioral interview questions that require examples of past experiences. Practicing
interview questions with a friend or family member can help job seekers to get feedback on
their responses and improve their interview skills.
