        Jennifer Solis, MSW

          Jennifer Solis is the Director of Social Services at Sinai Plaza
        Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. In her role, she assesses
        patients upon admission and assists in developing individual-
        ized plans of care for both short-term and long-term patients,
        assists with discharge planning, and helps to manage conflict
        resolution. Jennifer has contributed greatly to the Plaza Health
        Network system having held various roles that include recre-
        ational services director as well as director of social services. She
        was instrumental in the evacuation of patients from Miami Beach during Hurricane
        Irma in 2017. Jennifer has a Master’s Degree in social work from Barry University and
        is a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers. She is currently pur-
        suing licensure as a nursing home administrator and as a clinical social worker.

           Tiffany Semacio

          Tiffany Semacio is the Admissions Coordinator at Sinai Plaza
        Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Her welcoming demeanor
        and friendly attitude puts patients and their families at ease as
        they enter the facility. In her role, Tiffany communicates with
        doctors, nurses, families, and patients on a daily basis in an
        effort to coordinate care. She eases the admission process for
        families by working directly with insurance companies and
        obtaining authorizations as well as by providing tours to
        patients, families, and referral sources. Tiffany is currently pursuing a nursing degree
        at Miami Dade College and hopes to continue to contribute and enhance the care of
        patients she assists every day.
