Sir,

I write you today to acknowledge two of your employees who stopped at a significant vehicular
accident to render aid in our city. Erik Paz and Christian Martinez stopped at a motorcyclist down with
two patients whom were both trauma alerted to Broward Health - North. Our crews stated that upon
arrival Century Ambulance personnel were on scene and rendering aid and they had one unconscious
victim and one with multiple injuries. One patient needed airway support and the other quite a bit of
supportive care due to multiple injuries. Your employees did an exemplary job by having the
unconscious victim back boarded and assisting ventilations prior to our arrival. They continued assisting
our crews upon our arrival and did an amazing job. I believe at times our personnel do not get the
recognition for the outstanding job they do on a day to day basis. I felt I needed to take a moment and
recognize their outstanding work and thank them for their help.

in the private ambulance category by the Fire Chiefs Association of Broward County Luis Villar , EMS Division Chief
Margate Coconut Creek Fire Rescue
and the Broward Regional EMS Council at the First There First Care Conference held 1811 Banks Rd.

Erick Paz and Christian Martinez of Century Ambulance were both recognized as O-954-975-3730
individuals who acted in a situation or in a manner that was above or beyond the call M- 954-299-7959
or who demonstrated exceptional performance in the role of an EMT/Paramedic.
