          Plaza Health Network also said goodbye to Yolaine Joseph, who began working at the
        facility that is now Aventura Plaza Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in 1981,
        nearly 37 years ago. A certified nursing assistant (CNA), Joseph now plans to spend more
        time with her four children and ten grandchildren, though she says it will be difficult to
        not get up and go to work every day.
          “If I had to do it all over again, I’d do exactly the same thing,” said Joseph. “God called
        me to nursing.”
          Joseph was instrumental in the success of the Adoptive Family Program, where she
