The weather.
The seasons like Summer, Winter, Monsoon,
Autumn and Spring.

Weather

The air around us is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. When it is hot we

say that the day is hot. When it is cold we say that the day is cold. When we say
it is hot or cold about the day, we are talking about the weather. Thus, weather is
the condition of the air that surrounds the Earth.

Identifying the pictures and name the seasons :

Seasons

When a particular type of weather remains for many days or months, it is
called a season .

Summer Season : We have summer in April, May and June. The Sun shines

directly over us during these months. This makes the air warm. Hot wind called
loo blows in this season.

We can keep ourselves cool
by wearing loose, light-
coloured cotton clothes. We

use fans, coolers and air
conditioners. We eat summer

fruits like watermelon, musk
Windy Day Summer Season
melon, mangoes, etc.
