electronic machine that makes our work easy and fast.
It is used in homes, schools, hospitals and offices. It requires
electricity to work. It can store a lot of information.

PARTS OF A COMPUTER

CPU, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse are the four main parts of a computer.

CPU

CPU stands for Central Processing Unit. It

It controls all the functions of a computer.

It does all the calculations.

It also stores a lot of information.
Keyboard Mouse
A CPU has three main parts.

They are MU, CU and ALU.

Memory Unit (MU)

The Memory Unit stores the information or data according to the need of the

user. The information in the memory can be changed and taken out on the

screen when needed.
