include in your press release is:
• When did it happen?
• Who does it involve?
• What is the significance?
• Who is the best person to contact for comments
(include their direct telephone number)?
• Where is the best place (and the best time) for a photo
opportunity?

the back of this book. Feel free to copy this layout for your
own press releases. Whenever the opportunity arises, take
a few minutes and drop the local media a press release
about your business.
