Thursday: Customer Support
As interest for you product grows, questions and feedback
will naturally increase. You will start receiving more and
more emails and phone calls. Be sure to answer all your
email promptly. Prepare email templates for common
questions. And again, make sure you cover those questions
on your website as well. Good customer support will pay off
over time; your happy customers will refer you to their
friends, and so on. Some of them will even join your affiliate
program. Bad customer support will slowly bring your
