The City of Heber Springs, with a population of
7,165 provides an impressive quality of life, with nu-
merous amenities for its citizens.

The Heber Springs Community Center, construct-
ed in 2010, features conference and banquet rooms,
courts for basketball, volleyball, racquetball, a walk-
ing track, aerobic room, cardio equipment and
heated therapeutic and lap pools. The Silver
Sneaker Program is offered for senior adults. The Sports Complex has 8
lighted baseball/softball fields, 6 soccer fields, 2 concession stands, and a
children’s playground. Eagle Bank Park, in historic Downtown Heber
Springs, provides public rest rooms
and an area to relax during an ex-
tensive shopping spree in the many
charming shops, galleries and
eateries. Spring Park located on
Main Street, is home to seven medici-
nal springs and features two amphi-
theaters, walking paths, playgrounds,
picnic tables, skateboard park and

Beach, a five-acre beach with more than 1500 feet of shoreline, provides a
fantastic playground and swim area for all ages along the pristine shore of
Greers Ferry Lake.
