12. The JFK Overlook provides visitors with a spectacular view of Greers
Ferry Lake and Dam, and Little Red River.
13. Collins Creek, with an hourly flow of forty thousand gallons of 50 degree
water from Greers Ferry Lake, provides a natural hatchery for brook and
rainbow trout. It also hosts a natural waterfall and trails to explore.
14. Take a free tour of the Greers Ferry National Fish Hatchery, one of the
most modern fish hatcheries in the United States operated by the U.S. Fish &

15. The Little Red River is one of Arkansas’ most popular fishing destinations.
The tail water extends 32 miles, stocked with rainbow trout, and is home to
the record catch 40 pound, four ounce brown trout.

19. Ruland Junction Toy Train Museum is housed in a replica of a two-story
old rural train depot. The interior houses a unique collection of artfully
displayed operating layouts, vintage display cases, and toys collected over a

20. The Cleburne County Historical Society & Museum contains the so-
ciety’s offices, a museum and genealogy research library. The museum has
a large collection of historical photos and artifacts, as well as other county

21. Cleburne County Courthouse is listed on the National Register of
Historic Places and is located on the square in the heart of Heber Springs.
