two ships out of three returned to their stairs. Spain, the
two ships Pinta and Nina, and the return journey lasted
three months, until they docked in the Spanish port on
March 15, 1493 AD.
It was the longest cruise at that time, and it is worth
noting that Columbus' voyages were crowned with
success, so he was able to bring quantities of gold, and
he also managed to own many islands that he called the
Indian islands, and the King and Queen of Spain
possessed joy with this discovery, and then Columbus
continued his journey Exploratory, and was always a
long-term view of further exploration.
He prepared a maritime fleet consisting of seventeen
ships carrying 1500 sailors on board, and equipped with
supplies that would last for more than six months. This
voyage also did not fail, but was able to discover more
modern islands, including the Antilles and then the
Caribbean Sea on the southern side of Cuba. And he
traveled all these distances in pursuit of reaching and
searching for India. In 1494 AD, Columbus's ships
landed in Jamaica, which enabled him to reach many
