As a team we are able to contribute more than the individual by
using our life and work experience together for that end.

It is difficult to use that list of objectives as a vision or even
individual missions because it has no framework or
communication guidelines so Rotary must create and foster good
       practise to assist our objectives.

Traditionally we were small groups in a given town who came
together once a week to share a meal and chat. That model
has some failings in our modern society framework where we
commute, we homework, we globe trot and many other
scenarios that do not fit the early description. Time has become
an overloaded factor of life where the technologies themselves,
designed to help us are actually adding to pressures on the
human mind. Ask if someone has time for… and the retort is
       invariably negative.

To counteract these new challenges and assist people to
accommodate Rotary we are in a new model of a Rotary club
that uses the very technologies that add to the mix of our new
environment. They make it possible to accommodate lifestyles
that otherwise would not permit the inclusion of the values that
we would like to hold and reflect.

So how can our club work together and further our acquaintance
when members are not geographically near to each other and
many countries across the world are called home by us.

To overcome the problems and find a way forward we have to
look at the problem and how the role of technology can be used
to create the possibility that we can really have active members
all over the world that can work together as one big close team.
