LUNCH

Conference lunches will be served on Monday–Wednesday, November 6–8, in the West Hall of
the Tampa Convention Center. On Thursday, November 9, lunch is served in Ballroom B&C on
the ground floor. Fully paid attendees are entitled to attend. The schedule is as follows:

ASME has retained the services of a photographer to capture photo images of the events and Wednesday, November 8
activities from the conference. The photographer will be taking photos as assigned by the 11:00am–3:00pm
ASME Communications Department. All photographs are the sole property of ASME, and
ASME retains all rights in and to said photographs. These photographs may be used for v
promotional purposes only, including, but not limited to, the ASME website.

PRESENTER ATTENDANCE POLICY

According to ASME’s conference presenter Policy, if a paper is not presented at the
Conference by an author of the paper, the paper cannot be published in the official
archival Proceedings which are published on The ASME Digital Collection post-conference.
Papers not presented at the conference cannot be cited. Authors please remember to have
your badge scanned in the technical session room before making your presentation.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS WHILE AT IMECE

In keeping with the ongoing need of engineers to monitor their continuing professional
development, IMECE attendees can earn PDH credits. Please note: Approval of credits rests
with each state’s licensing board, and individuals must keep track of their own PDH credits.
