Drop off and Pick up
Arrival times and pick up procedures have been designed to ensure that our parking lot flows quickly and safely allowing parking spaces to be available. Please arrive promptly at your assigned time and refrain from socializing with other parents in the parking lot during busy times as it causes parking lot congestion or parents circling the building waiting for a parking spot.
Early Morning Care Program
Students who have pre-enrolled for the Early Morning Care program may drop off as early as 7am. If you would like your child to bring something to eat with them, they must be dropped off early enough to be finished eating by 8am. Parents drop off at the main entrance. Please make sure you hand your child off to staff member and not just open the door and let them in.
School Day Drop-off Times
Elementary (Clydesdale): Parents may drop off between 7:50 and 8:00. Class starts promptly at 8:00 am. (Elementary drops at the playground. If inclement weather please drop off at the main entrance) Toddlers (Appaloosa & Shetland): Class begins promptly at 8:30am
Primary: (Arabian, Los Broncos, Mustang & Thoroughbred) Class begins promptly at 8:30 am
Toddler and Primary parents may drop off between 8:00 and 8:25 at the main entrance.
School Day Pick-up Times
Elementary (Clydesdale): Pick-up is promptly at 2:40
Toddlers (Appaloosa & Shetland): Pick-up is promptly at 11:30 (morning program ) or 2:40 (school day) Primary: (Arabian & Thoroughbred) Pick-up is promptly at 12:00 (morning program ) or 2:50 (school day) Primary: (Los Broncos & Mustang) Pick-up is promptly at 12:00 (morning program ) or 3:00 (school day)
If you have students with different pick-up times, please pick up at the earlier time.
Parents enter the school and wait quietly outside their child’s classroom while their child collects their things.
After School Care and Studio Pick-up
Children who have pre-enrolled for the After School Care Program will go directly to their after care class. They will participate in engaging activities such as art projects, games, playground time, and more!
Please promptly pick up by 6:00pm as after care staff may have evening obligations and need to leave on time. If your child is enrolled in the 3:00 or 3:30 studio class and then goes home, please wait in the lobby.
Late Pick-up Fees
Late pick-up and/or forgetting to clock out may automatically generate a late fee. Please arrive on time and remember to clock your child in and out each day. If you accidentally forgot to clock out, please let us know so that we may make sure you are not charged.
