Power Adhesive PU Plus

• Solvent-free, gap filling, all-purpose polyurethane assembly adhe-
sive with particularly fast response time resulting in a viscoelastic
joint
• Bubble-free and homogeneous structure
• Achieves with wood / wood bonding acc. to DIN EN 204 the stress
group D4 (tested by IFT Rosenheim) and acc. to DIN EN 14257
(WATT 91) a thermal bond strength of approx. 7.6 N/mm² (tested at
IFT Rosenheim)
• It has a high initial tack and is natural stone compatible, weathering
resistant and can be grinded and painted over
• The adhesive shows an excellent adhesion on different wood and
construction materials, ceramic, metals, duro- and thermoplastics
Applications:
• For the bonding of metals, wood, stone, concrete, plastic and
insulation materials like PU-foam, PS-foam, rock wool and glass
wool, as well as for sandwich constructions
• In the window and stair building, building trade amongst others for
the fixation of supports for double floors, as well as in the assembling
and various industrial fields, in specialized fields like acoustic
construction, for baseboards, use of natural stomes, laminate
bonding, fixation of signs, etc.
Processing instructions:
• The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, dust and grease-free,
remove possible parting agent residues
• Depending on the material and surface properties, sand the surfaces
to be bonded
• The adhesive is moisture curing, that means, when bonding non-
absorbent materials or materials with a moisture content <8%, the
applied adhesive has to be sprayed with water (finely dispersed) to
achieve a complete hardening
• Put the parts to be bonded together within the skin formation time
and press together firmly until the functional strength is reached
• In case of doubts, perform contact tests
