safety meetings (6 nos Avg. per

Month) have been conducted to
counsel the running staff about recent
unusual incidents and steps to be
taken to avoid such incidents.

3. ACHIEVEMENTS (HIGHLIGHTS) OF TRSO

3.1 REDUCTION OF REVENUE EXPENDITURE:

 42.5 million units of electrical energy was saved by shutting down
locos, switching off blowers, coasting & Regeneration and 1341.4

KL of HSD Oil was saved by shutting down of Diesel locos resulting
in to a saving of Rs. 45.78 Cr.
 Crew lobby outsourcing activities is carried out departmentally at
RDM, BPA, BDCR, DKJ, PRPI, MUGR and MTMI which results in a
savings of 0.38 Cr.

3.2 IMPROVEMENTS IN RUNNING ROOM/CREW LOBBIES :
