Ambush Checks:-

 Ambush checks with speed guns done at an average of 520 per
month by TRSO officers and supervisors. This has alerted crew to
maintain speed at CD spots/Loop lines.

Speedo meter and VCD analysis:-

 Speedometer monitoring data downloading and analysis at an
average of 183 per month at all lobbies is being done.

 SPM analysis and VCD data analysis vis-à-vis CTR timings and

counselling the Running staff to run at maximum permissible speed
and also cross checking the safety parameters.

CCTV Monitoring at various locations:-

 To monitor the situations and activities over Crew Booking Lobbies,
Crew Running Rooms, Trip Sheds and Railway Consumer Depots,
Surveillance CCTVs with visual record facility are installed and

maintained.

CVVRS Analysis:-

 Crew video and voice recording system footage data is being
downloaded from the locomotives and analysis is being done.At an

average 85 no of CVVRS videos per month data downloaded.
