4. SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

 12 Trains were converted from Diesel to Traction for which crew

was arranged without any detention to the Train

Review of Crew links:-

 KZJ and GALA based crew links are reviewed duly considering

through run between BZA-BPQ-BZA. As a result of this, Crew
changing at WL station is avoided.

4.1 PROMOTIONS:

LP(Passenger to LP(Mail /Express):-

 107 no’s Loco Pilot passengers were promoted as Loco Pilot
Mail/Express and posted at various depots of SC Division.

LP(Goods) to LP(Passenger):-

 60 no’s Loco Pilot Goods were promoted as Loco Pilot Passenger
and posted at various depots of SC Division.

Sr.ALP to LP(Goods):-

 174 nos Sr.ALP’s were promoted as Adhoc Loco Pilot (Goods)
and posted at Various depots of SC Division.

4.2 TRAININGS (UNDERGOING PRESENT):

 137 No’s of Sr.ALP’s are undergoing Loco Pilot (Goods) training at
ETTC /BZA,DTTC/GTL &ZRTI.

4.3 RELIABILITY / SAFETY:

CUG Switch ON/OFF Status:-

 Random checking of Loco Pilot’s Closed User Group (CUG) /
Personal mobile phone status while on duty and Surprise mobile
check at en-route stations at an average of 2350per month has
reduced the menace of keeping the mobile ON.
