HIGHLIGHTS /ACHIEVEMENTS

PASSENGER FACILITIES/SERVICES:

 Issue of Photo ID Cards for Divyanjan persons.

 Total No. of 740 Photo ID cards for Divyangjan persons were issued
during Apr’22-Oct’22, duly verifying the authenticity of concession
certificates issued by government doctors and feeding the same in

the database through CRIS for enabling issue of online Reserved and
Un-Reserved Tickets.

 Photo ID card for Divyangjan passengers are now being issued
through online e-Divyangjan portal at
https://divyangjanid.indianrail.gov.in/ and 8 applicants have been

issued with online ID cards in the month of Oct’22.

 HR Initiatives:

 Rail Karma Yogi Program was conducted for all commercial staff of
SC division and was completed on 5th April 2022.

 67th Railway week awards at GM level took place at Rail kalarangh
on 20.04.22 and SC division Commercial department was awarded
Commercial efficiency shield for the year 2021.

 67th Railway week awards at PCCM level held at Railnilayam
Auditorium on 21.04.22.

 67th Railway week awards at DRM level held at Rail Kalarangh on
29.04.22.

 Interactive session with all CCIs and CTIs of SC division was conducted
on 16.04.22

 Interactive session with all CCIs and CCSRs of SC division was

conducted on 28.05.22

 Seminar on Passenger Business was held on 09/06/2022 by PCCM for
all CI’s, CTI’s, CSR’s and staff of SC and HYB Division to encourage
usage of POS, UTS on Mobile app and ATVM’s.

 Camp for Booster Dose of Covid-19 vaccination was organized at SC

station platform-1. All employees were duly informed to avail this
facility to get vaccinated with Booster dose.
