NUTRITIOUS FOOD BY ALIYA








           Nutritious food is essential for a good health and condition as it prevents us
          against  various  chronic  and  fatal  diseases  such  as  heart  attack,  diabetes  and
          obesity.  Unfortunately,  it  seems  like  numerous  people  are  neglecting  the
          nutritious food in their daily life nowadays.

           For your information, there are many examples of nutritious food that we can
          consume. First and foremost, consuming a variety of fruits like watermelon and
          guava. It helps us to stay fit and enthusiastic in our daily life.
            Furthermore,  there  are  abundance  of  reasons  on  why  we  must  consume

          nutritious food. Firstly, it helps to strengthen our muscles as we are practising
          healthy  lifestyle.  On  the  other  hand,  it  avoids  us  form  getting  any  acute
          diseases  like  cancer  as  we  are  not  consuming  junk  food  such  as  sweetened
          dishes and excessive salt.

           Moreover, here are some ways to encourage people to take nutritious food in
          their daily life. In my opinion, parents should prepare nutritious meals for their
          children.  Subsequently,  the  government  should  organize  an  awareness
          campaign  to  the  community  about  the  nutritious  food.  Last  but  not  least,

          school canteen should play their roles in providing healthy food.


           Briefly, nutritious food is genuinely vital for us in order to stay fit and free from
          any fatal diseases in our daily life. Due to that we must practice nutritious food

          from now on.
