Services for 2023 Citywide Convention Included:
• Transportation – led by Kathy Turns, who manages and facilitates the daily transportation schedule
and bus routes between OCCC and 27 hotels.
• Transportation staff – managed over 60 staff each day for OCCC shuttles.
• US Event at Hollywood Studios. Managed transportation from 9 Routes to/from the park for over
9,000+ attendees.
• Individual transportation services – managed individual black car service for VIPS and individually
paid transfers over 10 days.
• Managed arrivals and departures for 600 restaurant employees from/to MCO to Rosen Center.

Through the years, Convention Components, Inc, has handled event transportation for a number of our clients
who have hosted events in Orlando. These events have ranged in size from less than 100 up to approximately
18,000, with a number of these events having between 10,000 and 12,000 attendees. Prior to 2010, we utilized
the services of a few different Orlando organizations. At that point, we chose to switch over to Hello ! Florida for
two reasons. First, the team at Hello! Florida was and continue to be excellent. Never over promise, always
honestly present their service and deliver the same, and always accurately invoice. Having up to 100 or more
coaches and 60 plus staff spread out daily is not easy to track, but when we spot checked, we matched their
numbers. As an example, on those days when a vehicle provider shorted us by a coach or had a breakdown it
was reported to me and we decided together whether we truly needed to replace that vehicle, and invoicing
reflected our decision.
Second, they were able to secure quality vehicles for all our moves. Needing 100 or more vehicles meant to some
sliding in some equipment that really didn't belong, but with Hello Florida we never had a vehicle show up on the
curb that we were embarrassed to have there.
I truly have felt that Kathy Turns and her team were an extension of my team, giving straightforward advice and
coming through even when the going got tough with weather or traffic or unexpected construction at a
