• Hello! Was owned by Mears Transportation for over 30 years and our President is Paul Mears, III. Our
relationship with the largest transportation provider in the Southeast is paramount and affords us
opportunities and advantages that no other DMC has in Orlando.
• We work directly in the Mears booking system and handle all of our own
requests rather than reaching out to a third-party partner.
• Mears has been a long-time partner of Walt Disney World and operates at all of the Disney owned and
operated hotels.
• Mears has been a long-time partner of the Orlando International Airport with specific slots assigned to our
vehicles and an onsite office at the airport and we can pop up a vehicle at a moment’s
notice.
• Mears drivers go through standardized training, criminal and driving record background checks, and
drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Utilizing sub-contractors is a standard practice in the transportation industry. Most of the subcontractors
that will be used for your program are Mears drivers and we have cultivated relationships for nearly 40
years to ensure the equipment and drivers that arrive onsite is up to our standards. There is even a term
for these drivers – The Hello! Dream Team!
