Arrival Instructions

Terminal A/B has two separate baggage claims – A or B. Listen for the announcements from your airline
flight attendants or while you are on the shuttle from the gates to the main terminal, for your baggage
claim. Once you exit past Security, please look to the left and right to see the large A or B to find your
        respective baggage claim.

Domestic Arrivals – After deboarding, after you exit Security, follow signs to Baggage Claim for your respective
airline even if you have not checked baggage.

For International Arrivals – After deboarding, proceed thru Customs. Some International flights allow you to take
your luggage directly from Customs to the main terminal and some still require you to put in on the luggage carousel
and re-collect it the main baggage claim.

Regardless if you collect your luggage at Customs or not, you have to take the shuttle to the main terminal.
Once there, proceed down the escalator to the Baggage Claim, Level 2. (Do not go directly to Level 1
        please.)

NOTE for VIRGIN ATLANTIC passengers only – Please proceed to Baggage Claim A. Pilots and Customs
may direct you to Baggage Claim B, however, your luggage arrives at Baggage Claim A and the Hello Florida
staff/driver will be located in Baggage Claim A, Level 2.

        For all Terminal A/B arrivals
At the bottom of the escalator in the baggage claim, Level 2, look for either a Hello Florida staff, wearing a purple
polo shirt with the Logo sign or a driver holding a name sign. Please identify yourself to the Hello Florida staff or
driver. They will then assist you with your luggage and escort you to the waiting transportation. Should your flight
information change or, in the unlikely event that you can't find the driver with the sign, please contact Brittany Van
        Dyn Hoven @ 407.455.3704.

The transportation company monitors all flights, so should the flight you are originally scheduled on be arriving early
or late, they will track it and the Hello Florida staff/driver will be in baggage claim when you arrive.

You only need to contact Brittany should you be put onto a completely different flight or airline, or you can't locate
your Hello Florida meet and greet staff person or vehicle driver.
