bring a curated selection of essential oils and a sleek diffuser, creating a captivating
fragrance journey for your guests. Each guest can choose their favorite scent, receive a
personalized application on their skin, and take home a beautifully printed guide detailing
the benefits of their chosen oil. Enhance well-being and captivate your guests with this $875.00++ per hour
luxurious, personalized touch.
Includes:
• (1) Aromatherapist
• Essential Oils
**approximately (12) engagements per hour
Parking Fee $60.00 per aromatherapist, per day
++Activation is subject to rider requirements, see details in the additional needs section below.

Availability
Activations and Theme Décor is subject to availability until contracted. Prior to contracting, holds can be challenged
by the supplier if a client requests the same date

Additional Needs
Additional items may be needed to complete the proposed event. Hello! Destination Management will assist in
coordinating these items on behalf of client, but please note that client is responsible for charges levied by the hotel
and its contracted providers. These rates are not controlled by Hello! Destination Management. Please contact your
hotel/venue representative for estimated costs for electrical & rigging services, drayage, shipping, and entertainment
riders (i.e. electrical, staging, backline, sound, lighting, and green room with beverages and/or meals).

Fine Points
• For most events, Hello! Destination Management requires a minimum of four hours to set-up and three hours to
strike. Additional set-up and strike time may be required for certain events and locations.
• All staff/labor/crew would require appropriate breaks / meal breaks for any shifts over 4-hours.
• Please contact your hotel/venue representative for estimated costs for electrical & rigging services,
drayage, shipping, and entertainment riders.
• All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
