Experience Inclusions

All Hello! Destination Management transportation experiences include a dedicated operations manager, professional
uniformed staff, driver gratuities, vehicle and driver signage, and all applicable fees.

• 8½" x 11" color vehicle and staff signs • Hello! Las Vegas pre-function and on-site
• Account Manager available 24/7 coordination

Transportation Costs

Charter vehicles
Charter vehicles are purchased on an hourly basis and will remain with the group
Sedan (up to 3 Passengers) $175.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

SUV (up to 5 Passengers) $200.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

Sprinter Van (up to 10 Passengers) $265.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

Mini Coach (up to 25 Passengers) $310.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

XL Mini Coach (up to 30 Passengers) $335.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

$825.00 (First Three Hours)
Motor Coach (up to 50 Passengers)
$240.00 (Each Additional Hour)

Staff
$65.00 per hour, per staff
Hello! Destination Management Staff
(based on a minimum of four consecutive hours of service)
