• Regulation size for signage is 8.5" x 11". Please e-mail signage to Hello! Las Vegas at least one week before
your program. If you do not have signage we will provide it at no extra charge.
• Arrival and Departure experience to and from Grand Prix Plaza will be fully customized to clients’ preferences
and needs with accordance of regulations from the hotel and venue.
• Client to be billed for contracted hours or actual hours of service (for both transportation and staff), whichever
is greater.
