Hotel Recommendations

As our preferred DMC partner working with our team since the hotel’s topping off event in late 2017, Hello! Nashville
continues to distinguish itself as the premier DMC partner in the city. We continue to rely upon them for all of our
event needs and due to their staffing model it’s easy for us to get together and brainstorm on how to best service
our programs and ensure our customers are receiving a quality product and experience all around.

Since I joined the property in 2021, our JW Marriott Nashville Events Team has collaborated with Hello! in over 160
programs successfully. We have also partnered with their team for events for which we were hand picked by Marriott
International to showcase the brand and the destination including the Corporate Marketing Events Association
(CEMA) Annual Meeting in 2022 and the Marriott International Customer Advisory Board Annual Meeting in
2024. For both of those events we created one-of-a-kind breaks and activities which not only provided a memorable
conversation starter with each guest, but also allowed our team to execute best practices and set the standard for
future programs to come.

Since Hello! Nashville’s team is in the building most weeks of any given month, they are not only continuously
building relationships with our events and sales teams but also with our line associates. This creates a level of
familiarity which allows for ease of execution and collaboration. They know the heart of the house and have worked
through all the possibilities when it comes to operational challenges, which allows us to continue to refine the overall
operation as a result of our learnings throughout the years.
