Complimentary Services & Concessions
Meeting your financial requisites is at the forefront of our minds from our initial point of contact through the final
billing process. We understand that every program comes with certain budgetary requirements and our goal as your
partner is to provide exceptional service at a price that you are comfortable paying. Through collaboration with our
clients, leveraging our supplier and hotel relationships, and remaining strategic throughout the proposal process
Hello! Nashville is able to execute services that exceed your expectations but not your budget.

Understanding the importance of cost effectiveness and based on the current scope of the program, Hello! Nashville
would like to offer the following complimentary services and concessions for the 2026 program.

For any payment made by credit card, credit card fees will not be charged.
Site Visit Expenses
• Up to 4 complimentary roundtrip airport transfers will be provided for the program (based on a program spend of
$250,000)
• Two Complimentary dinners for up to 4 people for one site visit, at restaurants being considered for the program.
• Complimentary tours or activities for those being considered during the potential program (some exceptions may
apply and would be addressed in advance based on cost)
• Operations manager will be on the site visit where possible with sales manager to make the transition on program
easier

Travel and lodging for (1) Hello! Nashville employee to shadow BMO 2025 in San Diego, CA

Transportation
• Up to 4 complimentary roundtrip airport transfers will be provided over the program dates (based on a program
spend of $250,000)
• Complimentary waters in transportation vehicles (transportation to/from airport, to/from activities and venues) for
all guests
• Complimentary check offs will be provided for activities and buses
• Manifests will be sent to BMO in excel for sorting purposes
