        Transportation is not on hold and subject to availability until contracted.

        Fine Points
        • Hello! Destination Management rates do not include a fuel surcharge.  Based on current market conditions a fuel
           surcharge may be added to the final invoice.
        •   Manifests are invoiced based on the number of guests 24 hours out plus any additions.
        •   Requested vehicles outside of the manifest requirement will be billed separately.
        •   Staff and transportation will be billed on the hour or any part thereof after the minimum number of hours has
            been reached.
        •   All  vehicles  are  current  model,  air-conditioned,  fully  insured  and  bonded,  and  are  staffed  by  uniformed
            professional drivers.
        •   Regulation size for airport signage is 8.5" x 11".  Please e-mail signage to Hello! Las Vegas at least one week
            before your program.  If you do not have signage we will provide it at no extra charge.
        •   Hello! Las Vegas will provide a revised airport manifest prior to group arrival.  This manifest will outline vehicles
            and staff which will be scheduled cost effectively according to the latest client-provided manifest.  Based on the
            pricing above, flights are grouped together within 15-20 minute intervals.
        •   Hello! Las Vegas schedules vehicles to depart from Strip hotels to the airport two hours prior to domestic flight
            times, and 3 hours prior for Lake Las Vegas Hotels and international flight times.
        •   Client to be billed for contracted hours or actual hours of service (for both transportation and staff), whichever
            is greater.
        •   All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
