guests enter mid-rehearsal to finally viewing the finale from seats they watch rise up right in front of them.

This event was designed as a “Celestial Celebration” to honor the client’s employees as the stars of their company’s “universe”
as well as to showcase the latest supplier products through a series of progressive experiences, including a cocktail reception,
awards program, aurora borealis-themed dinner, and two unique after parties.

Technical Production
For this event, the goal was to create an
explosive, immersive, technology-driven
experience that modernized a 20-year-old
concept of a band performing on the water,
incorporating activations like a drone show,
voice overs, and pyrotechnics. The team
continually enhanced the design to reflect
technological advancements, ensuring a
unique and memorable event for attendees,
who were also event planners.
