THE STORY
Ulta is all bout the brand, whether their own pink and
orange shades, or showcasing their myriad of event
sponsors. In order to demonstrate our expertise in this field,
we opted for a show rather than tell approach. We
seamlessly integrated Ulta’s colors, aesthetic, tone, and
personality into our proposal. Additionally, we highlighted our
deep bench of team members, along with our extensive
history and expertise in orchestrating events within the Central
Florida market, utilizing custom-designed collateral to
underscore our capabilities.
Throughout the proposal, custom icons inspired by the
beauty industry gave the Ulta planners a quick look at
highlighted attributes about each venue, showcasing
everything from venues with exceptionally brandable areas to
those that we frequently operate, all in a fun, relatable way
that allowed us to shine.
THE SHOPPING SPREE
Whether it’s an association of cardiologists or a conference
of beauty influencers, we believe site visits are truly where
the magic happens. To help the Ulta team picture the look,
we integrated unique touches from the moment guests arrived
at the hotel to the final touch as they left and headed back to their
rooms. Small touches like personalized room dropped boxes
with Ulta and Hello! essentials to stay show-ready on a hot,
muggy Floridian day to unique entertainment and food
experiences peppered throughout the day, our ability to focus
on the big ideas and tiny details was on full display.
MAKING THEM BLUSH
Ultimately, it wasn’t the orange and pink earrings as a room
drop thank you for “lending us their ear” that won us the
business, it was the perfect blend of big ideas and tiny details
that helped us sell our services by selling an experience.
