on a day where you are already availing of leave, the original leave will remain in place and cannot be
reassigned as a day of emergency paid leave.
The leave may only be granted for 1 day. If adverse weather conditions continue and you are still
unable to safely travel to your location of work despite all efforts, another form of leave will be
applied: annual leave, unpaid leave or any other leave occurring from flexi-hours or time off in lieu.
The other form of leave to be applied will be agreed between you and your employer. In the event
that such cannot be agreed, you may seek outside intervention.
