Utilization: pre-bottom of equalization for fatty and
waxy leathers

PROPERTIES
GEAGROUND UP200 is used as pre-bottom on leathers that will
afterwards receive finishings based on oils and waxes, such as: crazy
horse, pull-up, waxy, etc. Due to its balanced composition of linking
agents, waxes, and auxiliary products, GEAGROUND UP 200 provides
a better equalization of the oils and waxes applied, resulting a better
classification of the finished hides. GEAGROUND UP 200 enables the
addition of pigments and anilins in its preparation, which helps in the
control of the final color, without, however, altering the original
characteristics of the articles. The application can be made with
spraygun, rollercoater machines, depending of the desired final
article.
