OVERCOMING BAD HABITS



                  Nowadays the majority of the world is suffering from their bad habits. The
               solution may seem quite simple ''All you going to do is to replace them with
               good habits.''.


                  But actually it's not because from their (the ones who are suffering) point
               of view quitting the habit that you have been doing for a long time is really
               hard. But it's not impossible. If you are suffering from mental problems like

               neurosis you could ask for someone’s help. They could warn you or help
               you getting calm. Someone you trust will be more effective. But if you don't
               try to get over it, no one can help you. You need to stop being depressed

               and try to control yourself too.

                  There is one more type of habits too. And they are the most dangerous

               ones.  Using  drugs  or  being  an  alcoholic.  They  are  more  dangerous
               because  the  one  who  is  getting  hurt  here  is  not  only  you,  it's  everyone
               around  you.  And  I  am  not  talking  about  mental  hurt,  I  am  talking  about
               physical hurt. But don't worry because there are some companies to help

               you. If you let them help you things could start getting better and better.

                  As you can see, things may seem difficult and you may think that you are
                  lonely.

               But you are not. So don't ever give up! Be determined!
