Chinese flowering crabapple
Plant introduction:
It is a kind of arbor, up to 8 meters high, requiring
sunshine, and can withstand semi-shade and cold.
It has no strictly environmental requirements and
is suitable for growing in loose and fertile sandy
soil with deep soil layer and good drainage. The
flowering period is from April to May and the fruiting
period is from August to September. Foliage plants
are a kind of plant group with beautiful leaf color
or leaf shape, which makes them have ornamental
value. Leaves, stems, flowers and fruits can be for
viewing purposes.
Quantity and distribution:
BBAC has around 600 Chinese flowering crabapple trees,
which are planted all over the plant area.
