Conner Blevins is attempting to make the next step in his racing
career after a moderately successful season on the Excel Machine
Unfortunately, Blevins suffered some misfortune in the very next race as he hit a patch
of oil left by another rider’s machine and subsequently injured his 62 GRIDMOTO • MAY 2017
shoulder. The crash undoubtedly stifled the momentum he gained with the podium finish and he wasn’t able to make it back up onto the box for the remainder of the year, although he scored a couple of top fives throughout the remainder of the 2016 season. Blevins has his sights set on returning to the box in 2017 as he continues to contest the Superstock 600 class with the Excel Machine Racing Kawasaki squad.

overall, most notably scoring a second place in the third round of
the series at New Jersey Motorsports Park.
