Krystian Janik started off the spring events with an exceptional run of form at the Daytona RCSX, winning his very first race in the 85cc (9-11) di- vision. Janik grabbed a top five in the (9-12) class and successfully carried the positive momentum into day two, comfortably clinching a second place finish in the (9-11) class. The Illinois native moved onto Spring A Ding Ding at Underground MX and continued to show solid speed, duking it out in a couple of stacked 85cc divisions to earn a top five finish. Janik rediscovered his rhythm when he showed up to Freestone and imme- diately returned to the podium, scoring a second and third in two of his first motos. Janik kept it consistent throughout his second motos and put his Kawasaki on the box yet again, rewarding him with a second place overall in the 85cc (9-11) Limited class.
