no stranger to controversy, friese continues to add credibility to the opinion of his peers. never shy-
ing away from rubbing plastic, vince has found himself in many strenuous battles this year; at times
he’s the enforcer, and others he finds himself being the victim of another competitor’s frustration.
We have to give credit where credit is due, the man displays maximum effort at all times on the racetrack. Whether qualifying or main event, Vince fights for every position. From both a fan and team owner’s perspective, you can’t ask for much more.
Mike Genova, Owner of Smartop Motoconcepts, has taken a chance, and invested in Friese. The reward has been significant for the man in charge, as Vince always seems to capture a remarkable amount of television coverage, albeit not always in a positive view. To some, all press is good press, and Vince is often a topic of conversation amongst the industry. He hopes to become of regular interest to headlines for the remainder of the 2016 season, more for his results rather than demeanor.
