HANGTOWN
GAGE SCHEHR
The Midwest Youth/ Amateur Regional Championship at Prairie City SVRA on June 4-5, 2016 brought out some of the heaviest hitters in the game. Stepping up to the plate was the #188 of Gage Schehr. He trains hard, rides hard, and his style is unmatched. Part of the HLTN tribe
of beautiful rebels, Gage, and embraces that “Happy
Living the Now” philosophy to the fullest.
Gage is certainly no stranger to the amateur motocross scene, but he’s also had his share of run-ins with the unfortunate side of our sport – injuries. The past eight months have been particularly brutal for
the #188 – two broken arms and a compound tib/fib break on his right leg in back-to-back succession. Just as he was in the clear from
his broken arms, his right tib/fib injury once again interrupted the momentum he had been building. These injuries put him on the DL for both Mini O’s and Spring Nationals.
