TJ Albright’s weekend at High Point didn’t go nearly the way that he had planned. He was contesting 4 different classes across the weekend, both 250 B classes and 450 B classes. The New York native was having a good weekend, especially in the 450 classes where he finished 1st and 2nd in the opening
races. Albright had finished within the top 5 in all the races that he contested except for the opening 250 B race where he fin- ished 6th after making a couple of moves through the pack. Unfortunately, his weekend ended in the 2nd 450 B moto after he got cleaned out by another rider coming down the famed rollers section after the tunnel jump at the top of the hill. Although the crash ended his weekend, he showed the speed to qualify and no serious injuries were sustained. He’ll be moving onto Baja Acres and looking to grab tickets in the aforementioned B classes to secure himself a spot at Loretta’s in a couple months.
